Here is my take on this month's challenge pictured above.  I  enjoyed using  the 2012 Birthday Tags set, although  this is my first time to use it as we are having the most  absolutely gorgeous spring here in many years, so it is sometimes difficult to stay inside!  Hope you are enjoying your spring,
